Return Policy

We’re committed to ensuring you love your TryHom purchase. If you’re not entirely satisfied, we’re here to assist you!

Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Product Condition: Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Customizable Products: Due to their personalized nature, customized products are non-refundable. However, if your custom item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we’ll gladly provide a replacement with expedited shipping at no extra cost.

Return Shipping:

  • Our Error: If we made a mistake with your order (e.g., wrong item, damaged item, printing error), we’ll cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact us with photos or videos as proof of the issue, and we’ll provide a return shipping label.
  • Customer Preference/Non-Quality Issues: If you ordered the wrong size, changed your mind about the design, or have other non-quality related concerns, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds/Exchanges:

  • Refunds: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 7 days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
  • Exchanges: We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos or videos as evidence. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and either issue a refund or send a replacement, whichever you prefer.

Important Notes:

  • Ensure the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. If an order is returned to us due to an insufficient address, you’ll be responsible for the reshipment fee.
  • Product images on our website are shown in Queen size. If you order a different size, the design will be adjusted proportionally.
  • Minor color variations may occur due to screen differences. We’re not responsible for these variations.
  • If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact us before initiating a return.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  3. If applicable, send photos or videos of the damaged or defective item.
  4. We’ll provide a return shipping address and further instructions.
